Kymberly “Kym” Arevalo Rossal is a first-generation Latina college graduate and skilled individual devoted to advancing equity, justice, and accessible support for diverse communities. Building on over six years of experience in customer service and client support, she offers outstanding communication skills, deep cultural awareness, and a warm, solution-focused approach to every interaction.
Kym earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Hawai’I Pacific University where her studies deepened her commitment to equity and systemic reform. Her passion for criminal justice is rooted in a dedication to strengthen support for communities often overlooked by traditional systems, broaden access to vital resources, and advocate for prison and juvenile reforms focused on rehabilitation, fairness, and opportunity.
Currently serving as an Intake and Scheduling Specialist at Rainbow Health, Kym is the first point of contact for clients, connecting individuals with vital health and social services. She supports Rainbow Health’s mission to advance the health and well-being of Hawai‘i’s diverse communities by improving accessibility and ensuring that everyone receives compassionate, high quality care.
