Trenna is a seasoned public health and nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience strengthening behavioral health, emergency management, and homeless services programs throughout Hawaii. A Honolulu native with a master's in public health, her leadership is defined by a commitment to community engagement and a proven track record of impact, including securing over $15 million in federal grants and overseeing more than $1 billion in grants from federal, state, and private foundations.

At Rainbow Health, she directs all day-to-day operations, from strategic planning and budgeting to program management and quality improvement. As a passionate advocate for equity and systems change, Trenna focuses on amplifying the voices of the most vulnerable and ensuring they receive high-quality, impactful behavioral health support with minimal barriers and wait times.
